Fresh Fit Consulting is an independent private practice built around a principle that patients deserve more than what a conventional insurance-driven system is designed to offer. Our team is small, our work is focused, and every person in the practice plays a direct role in the patient experience.

We are not a hospital system or a high-volume clinic. Roles at FFC do not fit neatly into a single job description. On any given day you may move between patient-facing responsibilities, administrative tasks, and clinical support. If you thrive in an environment where variety is the norm and no two days look exactly the same, that is a meaningful fit with how we operate.

We are also a practice with a specific clinical identity. Dr. Boesler practices restorative medicine alongside conventional internal medicine and sleep medicine, and the work we do regularly goes beyond what a standard clinical setting covers. The ideal candidate is someone who is genuinely curious about that model, comfortable operating outside conventional healthcare frameworks, and motivated by patient outcomes rather than volume metrics.
