FFC’s “Restorative” services focus on balancing body systems, optimizing health, and promoting longevity; utilizing proven medication alterations, therapy, and minimal prescription dosages. Designed to cater to patients who are ready to step outside the scope of insurance covered medical services and invest in their health, the ultimate goal of Restorative Medicine is to reduce or eliminate the need for ongoing medical treatment.

A two part Restorative Consultation for patients new to Fresh Fit Consulting.
Part 1 introduces patients to Dr. Boesler, while reviewing medical health history and discussing goals and objectives.
Part 2 (scheduled within 7-10 days) consolidates patient information and presents a unified plan for future care.

An in-person or virtual consultation to discuss a patient's health and wellbeing with special focus on preventative and restorative measures. Includes recommendations covering treatments, interpretation of functional laboratory tests, and medical second opinions.

Four week, all-inclusive program designed to serve as a first step to resetting hormonal and metabolic function.
Program Includes: 2 Restorative Consults (Initial and Exit), Detox Protocol, & Meal Replacement Product.

Six month, all-inclusive, physician managed: testing, treatment, & supplement protocol for patients seeking advanced health and disease management.
Program Includes: 4 Restorative Consults, 2 Functional Tests with Interpretation, & 6 months of recommended supplements.

Conventional Medical Services
After 20 years of direct practice, Dr. Boesler is looking to refocus her execution of primary care to prioritize patient outcomes over insurance directives and incentives. At this time Fresh Fit consulting is only accepting New Primary Care Patients with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, or Veterans insurance plans. All other patients will need to be seen on an out of network basis with the option available to self submit visit fee’s to their insurance companies.
At this time FFC does not offer any vaccinations or immunizations, Dr Boesler advises patients to contact their local pharmacy for an appointment.

Basic Sick or Follow-up Visit. Meets documentation requirements for: medical notes, exemptions, cpap & medical prescription management.

Physical Exam with age appropriate screening tests. Serves as an initial appointment for new “Non Restorative” patients. Meets documentation requirements for: Pre Surgery Clearance and Athlete Physicals.

Overnight home sleep apnea test equipment rental with following results interpretation. Meets documentation requirements for order and insurance coverage of new CPAP devices.

Overnight home sleep eeg monitoring. Includes equipment rental (1-2 Nights) with following result interpretation.
