FFC Direct Health Program

The Direct Health Program is our most efficient path to physican-guided treatement. Designed forpatients who have a specific health concern, want a clear plan, and seek expodited results.

The Direct Health Program follows three defined steps. Patients begin by completing an online screening questionnaire reviewed by Dr. Boesler before any appointment is scheduled. A program-specific lab order is then issued based on the questionnaire findings. Patients then meet with Dr. Boesler for a physician consultation to review results and leave with a prescription or treatment plan. Follow-up scheduling and cadence are determined by Dr. Boesler based on individual patient needs

Populare focus areas include, but are not limited to:

  • Hormone Replacement Therapy

  • GLP-1 Management

  • Thyroid Function

  • Sleep & Fatigue

The Direct Health Program is ideal for:

  • Patients who have already done their research, have a specific concern in mind, and want to move efficiently from evaluation to treatment.

  • Men and women seeking physician-guided hormone optimization without the delays of a traditional new patient process.

  • Patients interested in GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, or structured metabolic alternatives, who want a clear clinical assessment before beginning.

  • Patients with a prior thyroid or sleep diagnosis who feel their condition is inadequately managed and are looking for a more thorough clinical evaluation.

Direct Health Program Pricing

The Direct Health Program has a total program fee of $595, payable via cash or check. Payments made via credit or debit card will incur an additional processing fee.

The program fee covers the screening review, physician consultation, and treatment plan. Laboratory bloodwork is billed separately through LabCorp, Quest, or a hospital lab system. While these costs are typically covered by commercial insurances for patients with applicable coverage, we recommend participants confirm with their insurer before testing.
