Direct Health Program

Fresh Fit Consulting · Little Silver, NJ

The Direct Health Program is FFC's most efficient path to physician-guided treatment. Designed for patients who have a specific health concern and want a clear plan, the program follows three defined steps. Patients begin by completing an online screening questionnaire reviewed by Dr. Boesler before any appointment is scheduled. A program-specific lab order is then issued based on the questionnaire findings. Patients meet with Dr. Boesler for a physician consultation to review results and leave with a prescription or treatment plan. Follow-up scheduling and cadence are determined by Dr. Boesler based on individual patient needs.

Current focus areas include Hormone Replacement Therapy, Thyroid Function, Metabolic Health and Weight Management, and Sleep and Fatigue.

Step 1

Screening Questionnaire

Completed online before any appointment is scheduled. Reviewed by Dr. Boesler prior to your first visit.

Step 2

Targeted Lab Order

A program-specific lab panel issued based on questionnaire findings. Completed at a lab of your choice.

Step 3

Physician Consultation + Treatment

Review results with Dr. Boesler and leave with a prescription or treatment plan.

The Direct Health Program is ideal for:

  • Patients who have already done their research, have a specific concern in mind, and want to move efficiently from evaluation to treatment.

  • Patients seeking physician-guided hormone optimization without the delays of a traditional new patient process. Patients with a prior thyroid or sleep diagnosis who feel their condition is inadequately managed and are looking for a more thorough clinical evaluation.

  • Patients with metabolic health concerns including insulin resistance and weight management who want a physician-guided evaluation and treatment plan.
