Protocol I is a half-year physician-managed program for patients with complex chronic illness or unexplained medical symptoms. It is built for patients who have not found answers through conventional care and are ready for a structured, comprehensive approach to investigation and treatment. One program fee covers everything included in the protocol. There are no hidden costs and no surprise charges.

What is included
The protocol spans six months and includes two functional tests, four restorative medicine consultations, and six months of physician-guided supplementation.
The first functional test establishes a clinical baseline and informs the initial treatment plan. The second, completed at three months, tracks progress and informs adjustments. Between each test, a restorative consultation allows Dr. Boesler to review results, refine the protocol, and respond to changes in the patient's health. A fourth consultation midway between testing ensures continuity and responsiveness throughout the program.
Functional tests are selected on an individual basis. Some patients repeat the same test to confirm progress. Others undergo two distinct tests depending on their clinical picture. All testing is ordered through nationally accredited laboratories offering specialty panels that are not typically available without a physician's order.
Any medical issues arising during the program that require a physical exam, medical intervention, or documentation beyond the scope of the protocol will be scheduled as separate visits.

Protocol 1 Pricing
Protocol I: Testing and Treatment is priced at $3,000, payable via cash or check. Credit and debit card payments are accepted with an additional processing fee.
The program fee covers the full six-month program including functional testing, restorative consultations, and physician-guided supplementation. Any additional medical visits, elective testing, or supplements outside the program are billed separately.
