Two-Step Assessment

Fresh Fit Consulting · Little Silver, NJ

The Two-Step Assessment is the primary entry point for new patients at FFC. It is a two-part consultation structured to give Dr. Boesler the full clinical picture before recommending a direction, and to give patients the space to be heard without rushing toward a plan before the context is understood.

Session 1

  • Supplementation and medication plan

How it works

The first consultation is devoted entirely to the patient's health history, concerns, symptoms, and goals. Dr. Boesler and her team use this session to understand the full context of a patient's health and identify which priorities and objectives matter most. Patients are encouraged to bring all relevant documentation including previous bloodwork, chart notes, and test results.

Following the first session, FFC takes three to five days to review the information gathered, analyze the clinical picture, and reach a considered consensus on the most appropriate course of action. This period between sessions is not administrative delay. It is what allows Dr. Boesler to make informed, individualized recommendations rather than reactive ones.

The second consultation delivers a personalized care plan outlining specific recommendations across individualized therapies, specialty testing, supplementation, and medication optimization, ordered by individual relevance and urgency. Patients leave with a complete assessment and a clear direction for next steps.
