FFC provides courtesy insurance claim submission for patients with Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Veterans insurance plans who are receiving services within the scope of insurance guidelines (Standard Primary Care or Sleep Medicine). Patients with private insurance will be provided all necessary documentation to self submit claims after payment for eligible services.
Restorative Medicine services are not eligible for insurance submission.

The first step would be to schedule an appointment with Dr Boesler to review symptoms and explore diagnostic options. The simplest diagnostic test is the home sleep test, a single night study done in the comfort of a patients home. More information on the Home Sleep Test is available here.
Once a diagnosis has been established, Dr Boesler is ready to guide your through your treatment options: CAP, BiPAP, Oral Appliance, Inspire, Medication, Biofeedback, and more!
