Many patients who come to FFC have been told, year after year, that their annual physical results are unremarkable and normal. But what if you don’t have to settle for just normal? A normal result is not the same as an optimal one. The Fundational Health Evaluation asks different questions about a patient’s numbers, and adds measurements that standard care does not take. What the body is made of, how efficiently it functions, and how well it recovers during sleep are three things that a routine physical cannot tell you. The Total Health Score puts all three into a single number that means something.
At the completion of the evaluation, patients receive a complete results packet and a quantified Total Health Score out of ninety-nine points. Repeated over time, the score tracks a direct correlation between proactive interventions and measurable improvements, turning the FHE into an ongoing measure of progress rather than a single snapshot. For patients who want to act on what the evaluation reveals, Protocol II builds a structured twelve-month care plan directly from the FHE results, using the baseline established at the evaluation to guide a full year of physician-managed health improvement.
The Foundational Health Evaluation is well suited for:
Proactive patients who want to identify and address early signs of dysfunction before they become significant problems.
High performers whose health needs to support demanding personal, professional, or athletic goals.
Patients with ongoing concerns that have not been fully explained or resolved by standard care.
Patients who want a complete data baseline before committing to a treatment direction.
FHE Pricing
The Foundational Health Evaluation is priced at $950, payable via cash or check. Credit and debit card payments are accepted with an additional processing fee.
The program fee includes all FHE components, comprehensive testing, data analysis, and physician consultation, except for laboratory bloodwork. Laboratory bloodwork is billed separately through LabCorp, Quest, or a hospital lab system. Lab fees are typically covered by commercial insurance for patients with applicable coverage. We recommend confirming coverage with your insurer before testing.
Patients with recent overlapping test results may not need to be retested. Patients who proceed to Protocol II within one month of completing the FHE may apply the FHE payment toward the protocol fee.
