FFC Foundational Health Evaluation
Fresh Fit Consulting’s Foundational Health Evaluation (FHE) is our premiere, data-driven, whole-body health analysis designed to create practical health baseline, above and beyond what would normally done during a routine physical.
With a completed Foundational Health Evaluation patients will have personal data covering:
Baseline Metabolic Function
Hormone Levels (Testosterone, Estrogens, Progesterone, Thyroid, Insulin…)
Heavy Metal Exposure (Arsenic, Mercury, Lead…)
Omega-3 Index (percentage of EPA and DHA in red blood cell membranes)
DNA Damage & Oxidative Stress (8-OhdG & 8-isoprostane are two key biomarkers predictive of Cancer, Heart, & Neurogenerative diseases)
Clinical Body Composition (Muscle, Bone, and Body fat percentage, Intracellular vs. Extracellular water retention, Metabolic Age Rating, Visceral fat, Phase Angle, & Physique Rating)
Functional Strength Diagnostic
Sleep Efficiency Rating or Obstructive Sleep Severity Assessment
Fresh Fit Consulting’s FHE protocol provides strategic direction for patients use when investing their time and resources for the greatest impact. At the completion of the process, participants receive a complete results packet and quantified “Total Health Score” out of ninety-nine points. When repeated, the evaluation highlights a direct correlation between proactive interventions and measurable improvements in patient FHE Total Health Scores.

Expected Protocol Timeline
FHE Pricing
The Foundational Health Evaluation fee of $950 includes all services provided by Fresh Fit Consulting: comprehensive testing (excluding lab bloodwork), data analysis, and personalized consultation.
Bloodwork Processing: Blood draw and processing through LabCorp, Quest, Hospital Lab System is billed separately by the lab. These costs are typically covered by commercial insurance, but we recommend confirming coverage with your insurer prior to testing. Patients with recent overlapping test results may not need to retest.
Insurance Reimbursement:
Patients with commercial insurance will receive itemized claim forms for individual services to support potential out-of-network reimbursement.
