FFC Protocol 2: Testing & Treatment
Fresh Fit Consulting’s Protocol 2: Testing and Treatment is an all-inclusive, six-month intensive protocol for patients presenting with complex chronic illness or unexplained medical symptoms. Protocol 2 was designed for people who have exhausted their options via conventional healthcare channels and are searching for lasting change on an expedited timeline. All-inclusive means no surprises; one upfront fee covers all associated consultations, functional testing, and supplement costs for the duration of the program. Our team’s goal is to eliminate barriers and build a support structure that allows patients to focus on getting better, without having to worry about budgeting costs or maintaining appointment schedules.
Protocol 2 spans six months, in which time patients will complete two functional tests, four restorative medicine consults, and six months of physician-guided supplementation and targeted health intervention. Our protocol timeline above outlines FFC prossses for
Protocol 1 lasts about twelve months and includes a comprehensive annual Foundational Health Evaluation along with three routine restorative medicine consultations. FFC’s Foundational Health Evaluation is our top-tier, data-driven, whole-body health analysis designed to establish a practical health baseline that exceeds what is typically covered during a standard physical. It combines functional testing, clinical body analysis, and an advanced sleep assessment to generate a detailed total health score. The entire process is explained in detail here.
With a completed FHE, Protocol 1 schedules three routine in-person or virtual, restorative medicine consults over the next nine months. These restorative consultations may be used for interpretation of supplemental functional laboratory tests and have a special focus on preventative and restorative measures. Although protocol participants do receive dedicated support and management for the duration of the protocol; medical issues requiring physical examination or clinical documentation will need to be addressed through individually scheduled routine medical follow-ups.
