Fresh Fit Consulting is an independent private practice led by Dr. Iza Boesler MD. Tailored to patients who have been through the system and still don't have answers, we offer structured testing and physician-guided treatment protocols built around patient outcomes, not insurance guidelines.

Please note: FFC is not currently accepting new patients seeking Medicare-based primary care. Our practice is focused on restorative medicine services, offered on a self-pay basis.

 What is restorative medicine?

Beyond the limits of
insurance-driven care.

Restorative medicine steps outside the scope of conventional insurance guidelines — exploring microbiomes, hormone levels, toxin exposure, inflammation, and nutrient deficiencies to find root causes rather than managed symptoms. If you've been told your labs are "normal" but you don't feel normal, this is where the real work begins.

Our Founder

 
Iza Boesler M.D.

Iza Boesler M.D. is a New Jersey-based physician with almost thirty years of experience shared between private practice, hospital, and emergency room settings. Originally trained as a Physician and Internist by the Warsaw Medical Academy (1986), Dr. Boesler independently board-certified as a Sleep Specialist (2009).

Dr. Boesler is best categorized as a dreamer. In life and patient care, she is perpetually curious, operating from a sense of wonder and growth. Constantly learning in and outside her practice, she has a passion that never sleeps. Honoring her truth, Dr. Boesler left the security of an insurance-based system to establish her independent private practice (2020), where she would be free to care for her patients without the roadblocks imposed by private insurance companies. 

When not seeing patients, Dr. Boesler feels most comfortable outside in nature. Her favorite films and TV shows are full of mystery and unexpected laughs. If not for medicine, Dr Boesler would have pursued her passion for classical piano. Her ideal temperature is 77°F. Regarding snacks, Iza prefers sweet to salty but is, open-minded.

What’s it like working with Dr Boesler? Fabulous! She knows exactly who to refer you too if need be. I love that I was able to find such a great doctor who thinks outside of the box. Initially I came to Dr Boesler with a debilitating shoulder injury, and she was able to identify a cross interaction with a statin medication I was taking as the cause. If you need a great doctor - She’s the one!

Fresh Fit Consulting is located at 160 White Rd, Suite 201 in Little Silver NJ. Nestled between Red Bank, Shrewsbury, Fair Haven, Rumson, and Eatontown we are proud to serve Monmouth County and the Greater Jersey Shore via our easily accessible location.

viA THE Garden State Pkwy:

Take the Garden State Pkwy to exit 109. Turn left onto Newman Springs Rd. Turn right onto Broad St. Turn left onto White Rd. FFC will be on your right.

Via Rt 18:

Take Route 18 to exit 13A. Merge onto Wayside rd. Turn right onto Tinton Ave. Turn left onto NJ-35 N/Broad St/Main St. Turn right onto White Rd. FFC will be on your right.
