MRP Roadmap

Initial Consult

Establish readiness through a focused conversation that sets expectations and addresses concerns, align individual goals with program structure, and complete a baseline health assessment

Week 1 – Preparation Period

Work to establish a productive rhythm by making consistent, intentional food and lifestyle choices. This week focuses on building momentum and resetting natural rhythms.

Week 2 – Detox Phase I

Initiate Phase 1 of a targeted two-phase detox protocol to support liver function, reduce inflammation, and reset metabolic pathways. This phase focuses on recalibrating the body and helping it adapt to a new nutritional routine.

Week 3 – Detox Phase II

Advance to Phase 2 of the detox protocol, emphasizing energy balance, metabolic stabilization, and deeper physiological reset. Continued use of supplement regimen supports sustained detoxification and system regulation.

Week 4 – Reintegration Period

Reintroduce a sustainable, whole-food-based nutrition plan. Reflect on the full process, reinforce consistent habits, and prepare for program debrief.

Exit Consult

Evaluate program outcomes, assess effective and ineffective strategies, and outline a maintenance plan with clinical recommendations for ongoing metabolic support.
