FFC Two-Step Introductory Assessment & Plan

IN ONE SENTENCE:

New patients receive two pre-paid restorative consultations, within the span of 3-5 days, leaving with a personal roadmap for future care.

During the first consultation, patients have the opportunity to fully share and discuss all of their health concerns, symptoms, and goals. We use this time to thoroughly review patient medical history and understand the full context of patient health, so we can determine which priorities and objectives matter most.

During the second consultation (scheduled within 3–5 days of the first), we present a personalized care plan designed to support long-term health. This plan outlines specific recommendations covering: individualized therapies, specialty testing, natural supplementation, and medication optimization.

Why “Split” the assessment into 2 steps ?

Splitting the Introductory Assessment into two parts affords Fresh Fit Consulting with the time required to make considered and informed treatment decisions. By creating a buffer between introduction and assessment, our team is better able to analyze complex problems, seek expert third party conference, and craft individually optimized plans of care. We believe that this structure is the ideal introduction to Dr. Boesler and our practice.

Can I submit these visits to my insurance for potential coverage?

Neither half of the New Patient Restorative Assessment is submissible for insurance reimbursement. This service was purposefully designed to step outside the limitations imposed by insurance companies, and provide greater freedom while exploring treatment and therapy options. Patients in search of an insurance submissible introductory visit are advised to communicate this need to our practice directly so we may accommodate.

Can I schedule a virtual Two-Step Introductory Assessment & Plan?

While not our ideal introduction, Fresh Fit Consulting does allow virtual scheduling for the Two-Step Introductory Assessment & Plan. Keep in mind, that some of the finer nuances of a face to face meeting will be lost while on an online call as well as the physical examination component. Please contact us directly so we may review each case individually.
