2024 Self Pay Policy Update
Greetings and Happy New Year! As we turn the corner on 2024, FFC is looking to streamline how we handle appointment booking for self pay services.
Effective 01/05/2024, Full payment is due for all self pay services at the time of appointment booking.
All appointments will be marked as tentative on our schedule until full payment is received. If payment is not received within three business days of scheduling our office can not guarantee being able to hold the desired appointment time.
Patients canceling more than 24 hours from the start of their appointment are eligible for a full refund (minus credit processing fees).
Patients canceling less than 24 hours from the start of their appointment are eligible for a refund minus a $75.00 late cancellation fee.
An emergency appointment reschedule is available in the event of a true, documented, and unforeseen emergency.

Visit payments may be made online at this link, or in person.
Existing appointments may continue to pay at the time of service until 03/31/24.
Why is this change going into effect?
We are revising our self pay service payment policy in an effort to eliminate potential confusion or miscommunications over varying visit types and costs. By having patients pay at time of scheduling, we believe it will be explicitly clear exactly what services will be rendered for our patients and their associated costs.
A secondary driver for this change is to increase the availability of high demand time slots. We believe that this policy will increase the barrier of entry for non committed patients making it easier for our committed patients to reserve their ideal time slot.
FFC hopes this change fosters an increased level of accessibility and payment transparency in our business operation.
